Xamira Skin Aesthetics is located in San Miguel Plaza, at the corner of Avocado Avenue and San Miguel Drive on the outskirts of Fashion Island in Newport Beach. Client parking is free and clients can park in any unmarked / non-reserved areas. 

The entrance to the building is via the glass door in the covered parking area at 366 San Miguel Drive. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor and the office for Xamira Skin is located toward the end of the hallway on the left.

Yes! Please contact us prior to your appointment so that we are prepared to meet your specific needs. Our goal is to provide the best experience and care for all clients, regardless of abilities.

Facials at Xamira Skin are a great way to relax while rejuvenating your skin, unclogging pores, and improving overall skin health. The curated facial treatments can also help reduce the signs of aging and promote a more radiant complexion. Owner and Lead Esthetician, Cara Pellegrino, has over 2 decades of experience in clinical and aesthetic dermatology in VIP settings - so expect elevated services and exquisite client care in a luxurious setting.

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the client intake form. Relax and enjoy  some sparkling wine, sparkling water, sparkling soda (San Pellegrino, of course) flat water or tea while you prepare for your treatment.

Once in the treatment room, you will be asked to remove jewelry, change in to a treatment gown and stow away your personal belongings. We are happy to assist you onto the treatment table if needed. We offer a heated table option, a bolster for lower back support and blankets to keep you cozy during your treatment. Enjoy!

We kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment in order to maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients. 

Yes! We offer injectable events to meet your Botox, Dysport and filler needs. Please schedule a consultation or email us for details. We also offer hosted intimate gatherings for up to 4 guests for special pampering. Contact us for a Day at Xamira Skin to schedule your time to indulge with friends or family. Bubbles and light bites are served while we spend time consulting the unique skincare needs of the group. Each guest is treated to an express service of their choice that addresses their skin concerns. Each guest goes home with a 3 step regimen and glowing skin.
